The IAC Peter Coles International AV Competition 2012

The 2012 Competition will take place on 10th-11th March 2012 at The Capel Curig Community Centre, Capel Curig, Nr Betws-y-Coed LL24 0EE in the heart of Snowdonia.

The judges will be:
Colin Balls FRPS APAGB (UK – diaporamist & well known international judge)
Jan Watterson (UK - experienced video judge)
Dave Watterson FACI (UK - experienced video judge)

The competition starts on Saturday at 2.00pm. The organisers are arranging a meal (optional) at the Tyn-y-Coed Hotel for early evening and then there will be another shortish session in the evening.
The two sessions on Sunday will begin at 10.00am and 2.00pm. The event should finish around 5.00pm - 6.00pm.

The cost is £7.50 for each day and you are welcome to come for just one of the days. Booking is essential through mewaine@chasingthelight.co.uk. Sandwiches are available for lunch on both days but these also have to be pre-booked.

There is a bumper entry of approximately 60 sequences so it promises to be a very enjoyable weekend.

A selection of the winners will be shown at BIAFF 2012 (The British International Amateur Film Festival) in Weymouth 13th-15th April.
