The future of amateur filmmaking lies in the hands of the young. BIAFF encourages entries by young film makers and this selection brings together some of the best. There are two discs with 16 videos ranging from 3 to 5 Stars (Library ref no 148). Those videos without a Star rating were entered in the Special Young People's Competition and received judges' comments without a grading. The programme provides an interesting mix of styles and subjects.
