The strange name is meaningful in Polish, we believe. This is a festival aimed at the independent film maker and top amateurs.

Films must have been made within last two years. No professional help is allowed (except for film school entries). Maximum length is 45 minutes.

Submit a DVD (PAL) disc (DVD format and autostart) or mini DV.

No entry fees.
