CINE WINNERS : IAC 1988
CINE is short for the Council on International Non-theatrical Events.
This American organisation has introduced specially selected films and videos
to scores of international events where they have brought honour to the United
States and to their makers. Each year juries across the whole of America
choose the CINE Golden Eagles (professional films) and CINE Eagles (amateur
films) from more than 700 entries.
