IAC GOLDEN JUBILEE 'MOVING PICTURE SHOW' 1982       (Library ref no. 4)

The complete programme as premiered at the National Film Theatre on September 11, 1982, prior to its tour round Britain.

It opens with an INTRODUCTORY CARTOON (2 min.) by Sheila Graber, FACI
and the official IAC Golden Jubilee Film ITS AIM TO HELP (25 min.) made by Doug Collender, FACI, of Newcastle on Tyne.

Then follows a compilation of extracts and complete films from the IAC Film & Video Library representing 50 years of amateur movie making edited by Bernard Ashby, FACI.

A detailed account of the contents of this video (based on the Souvenir Brochure) is available in booklet form with the tape.

Transfers from super 8 and 16mm film.

Total running time 117 min. DVD.
