IAC GOLDEN JUBILEE VIDEO COMPETITION 1982

This was the IAC's first video competition organised for the four-day Golden Jubilee Festival at the Palace Hotel, Buxton, October 14th-17th, 1982.

1. THE FAN

An attempt to bridge the film and video media by using video techniques to tell a short story about a film movie fan.

A colourful montage of rippling reflections set to an electronic sound-track. At the end, the producer asks whether video is an art form.
