EVC ENTRIES : IAC 1989
The Educational Video Center in New York City promotes the educational use of video in schools and youth programmes all across the United States. This tape represents their 1989 Open Class entry into the IAC's International Film and Video Competition.

A chilling view into the lives of the crack addicts who inhabit Hell's Kitchen Park, filmed by four youngsters (who had to disguise themselves in strange clothes) under the direction of Joan Jubela.
