They accept entries up to 30 minutes long in English, French and German.
For French and German entries they ask for subtitles of a voice-over in English.
Formats PAL or NTSC on MiniDV, DVD or film on 16mm.

There is a one-minute award open to all.
Judgement is by a jury in the UNICA style. In each category there will
be a gold, silver and broze medal plus "honourable mention" and "participation"
prizes. Plus special prizes.
They provide free lodging to participants and a city tour ... but you have
to get there at your own expense!
