Ken and Carol Wilson regret that they are unable to run this competition and festival in 2012.

Ken and Carol have been very busy with their wedding video business. Their regular team of actors have also been going through turbulent times. As a result Phase 4 has not been able to maintain its usual prodigious output of productions as amateur film makers. The Film Festival only makes financial sense in conjunction with their annual premiere show.
