Congratulation to David Peffer & Frank Hodges (St. Cuthbert's Films), whose film

This year's event was hosted by the East Anglia Region of the IAC, EARIAC, at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Boundary Road, Norwich, on 4-6th April 2003.
A total of 195 movies were entered. 33 of those were from overseas. Among all the entries, 7 were given International Medallions, 31 were given Gold Seals and 70 were given Silver Seals.
For the first time, the Geoffrey Round AV Competitions all went digital. 16 different sequences were screened. The Gold Medal was won by Peter Coles (UK) for his entry,
City of Flowers.
