The 9th festival takes place in 2008. It is for "exciting and innovative films made both FOR and BY children and young people from Britain and across the world."

No restrictions on length, genre or subject ... and in any format.

The event incorporates the National Young Filmmaker's Award for shorts made by British people up to 19 years-old. 2. Entries for this may be Fiction, Animation or Documentary. No longer than 10 Minutes and made in the UK after July 2006. £250 prize for the winner in each age group.
