| Something about us: | Acorn Films, founded in 1951 are the producers of an annual 55 mins Chingford Newsreel premiered in March to audience of 540. Featured in the 1997 BBC2 documentary Picture This. We were the first organisation to receive Waltham Forest Civic Award for outstanding service to the community. Extracts from our archive are frequently televised and also shown at The National Film Theatre and the Museum of London. |
