Movies on the Net

We have pondered putting up some movies on this site - but the drawback is huge files to download and a postage stamp picture or a massive investment in streaming technology by us ... and a postage stamp picture.  The technology will improve but for now we are staying clear.

There are, however, various sites eager to get your movies up on the web.  We cannot vouch for them and suggest you take special care if copyright is a major concern for you but here are some we have come across where you can watch movies over the Internet and possibly submit your movies for consideration too.

To see movies you usually need to have RealPlayer or Quicktime plug-ins for your web browser and most sites offer links where you can download the latest versions.

Tell Your Story!

CameraPlanet.com is having an open call for videos.
Check us out, we're a multichannel internet-based television network (based in New York City) where the viewer is the storyteller.
The video does not have to be professional, in fact we don't want it to be. We want the person who always has the camera with them, who uses a video camera as a diary, collecting moments that are important to that person. Even if it's raw footage, we'll edit it! Our channel themes are as follows:
