Our AV Advisor Peter Coles:

From 1990-1996 he was editor of AV News
and since then has worked with Colin Balls and Ron Davies to form and edit
AV World a magazine for workers in this field. He is an extremely
successful creator of sequences holding more than 70 International AV Awards.
Though retired from his career in education he is extremely active
in the Hebden Bridge area where he lives. |
| The
combination of slides synchronised to soundtracks was a forerunner of movies.
Although many enthusiasts of this medium now associate with The Royal
Photographic Society we have a goodly number in the IAC. The format
allows superb picture definition and is usually accompanied by top notch
high-fidelity sound.
